The Role

We're looking for a warm, driven, and organised Customer Service Executive to handle inbound enquiries and outbound customer engagement. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — so your phone manner, empathy, and follow-through matter just as much as your sales skills.

This is a telesales and customer service hybrid role. You'll convert enquiries into confirmed cargo bookings, re-engage lapsed customers, and make sure every customer feels looked after from first contact to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms
• Prepare and execute the monthly content calendar
• Compile and present the monthly digital marketing performance report
• Plan, run, and monitor digital advertising campaigns
• Handle job postings and recruitment listings across relevant platforms
• Manage JC Trans and WCA network platforms — including inquiries, communication, and business development opportunities
• Prepare courier quotations, coordinate bookings, and support daily courier operations
• Draft and distribute marketing communications to overseas network partners and agents
• Research and publish weekly logistics and industry news updates every Monday
• Review and close completed shipment/job files in FRESA

Requirements:

• Preferred female candidates
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in social media handling and good logistic industry knowledge.
• Candidate should be available in Dubai.
• Candidate must fluent in Malayalam,Hindi & English
