Network Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Network Development Manager to join a leading automotive organisation in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in dealer/distributor network management, network development and dealer standards .

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3–5 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, analyse and expand the existing distributor/dealer network.
• Ensure new and existing showrooms comply with required brand standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with distributors and approved agencies on showroom design and compliance.
• Support EV showroom readiness and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct dealer evaluations and recommend improvement plans.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new locations.
• Analyse the existing network and recommend improvement strategies.
• Develop strategies for opening new locations or addressing underperforming locations.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and provide ongoing support.
• Oversee in-store customer experience tools, touchpoints and customer journey initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Planning teams.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive network development / dealer standards .
• Proven experience in dealer/distributor network management and development.
• Strong understanding of OEM guideline application within the dealer channel.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English required; French and/or Arabic would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
