Network Development Manager(Canada, Geely Auto)

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Network Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for expanding our network of stores and workshops for the Geely brand. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing the network development plan and ensuring its seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities for network expansion.
• Develop comprehensive network development plans in alignment with Geely brand standards and strategic goals.
• Oversee the implementation of the development plan, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations for new stores and workshops.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate the opening of new locations.
• Monitor and report on the progress of network development projects, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure all new stores and workshops meet Geely brand standards and operational requirements.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations of each site to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or network development in automotive industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to travel as required.
