Network Engineer – AI / Data Center

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Network Engineer specializing in AI and Data Center environments to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures that support cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications and large-scale data center operations. Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain data center network infrastructure
• Support large-scale AI/GPU cluster networking environments
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and network appliances
• Support high-speed Ethernet and data center network architectures
• Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Diagnose network connectivity, latency, packet loss, and performance issues
• Support network capacity planning and infrastructure expansion
• Develop and maintain network documentation and operating procedures
• Perform network upgrades, migrations, and maintenance
• Work with server, storage, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis
• Support automation and standardization of network deployment and operations

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of network engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise or data center networks
• Experience with large-scale data center or AI/HPC environments
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with data center switches and high-speed networking
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with infrastructure teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large AI/GPU clusters
• Experience with high-performance computing or AI infrastructure
• Experience with 100G/200G/400G Ethernet environments
• Experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, RDMA, or similar high-performance networking technologies
• Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, or similar tools
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are preferred
• CCNP or equivalent experience is a plus
