JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Being a person in charge for change management to receive a call, verbally, or Join Teams meeting as User require.

• Manage and control, prepare and conduct change requests / work plan.

• Clarify customer requirements and find out the solution based on existing device.

• Understand the role of each of network device, how they work to satisfy customer service.

• Understand multiband firewall, NAT, DNS, Load balancer concept

• Understand routing protocol dynamic/static

• Understand concept of AI and able to utilize it for general usage

• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in Network Operation / implement / Network Administrator or related
• Experienced with Change Management Process.
• Understand multiband firewall, NAT, DNS, Load balancer concept
