What they need
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, OSI model, IP addressing, and subnetting.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Experience in network monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and escalation of L1 issues.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, server monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, system services, and server resource monitoring.
- Good understanding of network troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Tracert, NSLookup, Telnet, and IPConfig.
Years of Experience- 4-5 years
