  • Supporting network redundancy, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.
  • Implementing network monitoring, logging, alerting, and automated incident-detection systems.
  • Using scripting, APIs, network automation, Infrastructure as Code, data analytics, and AI-assisted network-management tools where appropriate.
  • Collaborating with cybersecurity, cloud, DevOps, systems, IT support, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
  • Coordinating with internet service providers, telecommunications providers, vendors, and external technical specialists.
  • Managing network incidents, service requests, escalations, and root-cause investigations.
  • Maintaining network asset inventories, configuration records, licenses, support agreements, and technical documentation.
  • Optimizing network performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational costs.
  • Supporting data-center deployments, office expansions, infrastructure projects, technology upgrades, and digital-transformation initiatives.
  • Ensuring network infrastructure complies with organizational security policies, technical standards, and applicable requirements.
  • Preparing network-performance reports, incident summaries, capacity assessments, risk reports, and technical recommendations.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to network administrators, IT teams, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving network reliability, security, automation, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
