Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and infrastructure
• Provide support for complex network issues, including firewall, routing, and switching
• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of wireless network environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve networking issues and enhance network performance.
• Configure and manage Firewalls (Firewall Rules, VPN Configuration, Security Policies, UTM features like web filtering, IDS, IPS etc.)
• Configure and provide basic troubleshooting for Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi Configuration, Site Survey, etc)
• Perform routine upgrades, patching, and configuration enhancements
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO, PCI-DSS, NIST, SOC 2)
• Work with ISPs to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Work with multiple clients, with different architecture\configuration, simultaneously, and guide the team as required
