Role Summary

The Senior Network Services Operations Engineer L3 is responsible for end to end ownership of enterprise network services including provisioning operations monitoring troubleshooting vendor coordination and architectural contributions across LAN WAN WLAN SD WAN and cloud connectivity

The role provides Level 3 technical leadership drives problem management and continuous improvement supports network governance and roadmap initiatives and works closely with Quanta architects service providers and vendors to ensure a secure highly available and scalable network environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Acquisition Network Services Provisioning

• Execute approved provisioning for LANWANWLAN infrastructure including switches routers firewalls load balancers WLCs and SD WAN devices following standard build templates and runbooks

• Support carrier circuit procurement by

• Raising and processing orders

• Tracking delivery milestones

• Coordinating site readiness

• Scheduling and supporting circuit turn ups

• Maintain and govern network documentation including

• Circuit inventories

• Device and software details

• Configuration backups

• IP addressing and as built documentation

• Ensure documentation accuracy for audit readiness and inventory hygiene

2. Network Operations Administration

• Perform advanced incident troubleshooting and service restoration for

• LAN WAN WLAN

• SD WAN

• Cloud connectivity

• Implement standard changes and service requests within approved designs and governance standards

• Manage Wi Fi operations including AP RF and SSID configurations and routine upgrades

• Troubleshoot wireless performance coverage and connectivity issues

• Execute quarterly firmware and software upgrades for in support devices

• Pre upgrade validation

• Change execution

• Post upgrade verification

• Perform best effort upgrades for EOS devices when approved

• Administer enterprise network tools and platforms including

• Cisco ISE BluecatInfoblox DDI

• Cisco Catalyst Center Meraki Dashboard

• ThousandEyes SolarWinds

• NetBox Cambium

• Infoblox NDFC vManage FMC

3. Network Monitoring Reporting

• Monitor LANWAN devices and links

• Acknowledge s

• Perform initial triage

• Resolve common monitoring issues device down threshold breach polling failures

• Produce operational reports including

• Weekly availability reports

• Monthly circuit utilization reports

• Design implement and fine tune monitoring rules thresholds and dashboards

• Drive self healing and proactive monitoring initiatives in line with approved standards

4. Level 3 L3 Incident Escalation Problem Management

• Act as L3 escalation point for complex recurring or high impact incidents

• Lead deep dive troubleshooting define restore strategies and ensure permanent fixes

• Own problem management activities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis RCA

• Define corrective and preventive actions

• Prevent recurrence

• Lead vendor engagements for

• Bug analysis

• Firmware recommendations

• RMAs

• Complex issue resolution to closure

• Mentor and guide L1L2 engineers through knowledge transfer and runbook enhancements

5. Network Architecture Strategy Design

• Work closely with Quanta Network Architects on

• Network governance

• Standards

• Roadmaps

• Implement approved architecture modifications and configuration standards

• Participate in solution design for

• Complex and non standard site builds

• New initiatives and major changes

• Create review and provide inputs to HLD and LLD documents

• Provide technical guidance on

• Cloud to on prem connectivity patterns

• Firewall and load balancer governance

• Analyze trends and recommend capacity upgrades optimizations and modernization initiatives

6. Continuous Improvement Service Maturity

• Recommend monitoring strategies standards and SLASLO frameworks

• Analyze availability and utilization trends to identify systemic risks

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on

• Proactive detection

• Reliability

• Automation and self healing

• Contribute to improving operational resilience and service quality

Required Skills Experience

7 years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations

Strong hands on experience with

• LAN WAN WLAN
• SD WAN
• Switches routers firewalls load balancers

Proven L3 experience in
