Responsibilities

• Job SummaryThe role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks that support business operations
• The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, and a passion for maintaining stable and secure IT environments
• Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and related network services
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues across the corporate environment
• Support LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity services to ensure business continuity
• Implement and maintain routing and switching configurations in accordance with organizational standards
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements
• Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and service degradation within defined SLAs
• Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and configuration backups
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, including Service Desk, Systems Administration, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure teams
• Participate in infrastructure projects, network expansion activities, and technology refresh programs
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements
• Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline
• 3 years of experience in network administration, network operations, or network engineering
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches

• Exposure to network security technologies, including firewalls and VPNs
• Experience with wireless networking solutions
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS)
• Exposure to ITIL-based service management environments
• Certification: CCNA Preferred (Good to Have)
