Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance on networking best practices and standards to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-2 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF) and switching technologies (VLANs).
- Experience with network support processes including incident management and problem resolution.
