Network Engineer

NJV School Management Board is looking for a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our network infrastructure across multiple campuses, labs, offices, and other locations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in network administration, troubleshooting, security, and enterprise networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, access points (APs), and other network devices.
• Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPNs, and network security.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, connectivity, and availability.
• Manage and maintain MikroTik, Ubiquiti, UniFi, and other network infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain WAN/Internet links, failover, and load-balancing solutions.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address records, device configurations, and technical documentation.
• Perform regular network health checks and proactively identify potential failures and security risks.
• Support network infrastructure across multiple campuses, labs, offices, and other locations.
• Assist with network expansion, upgrades, new installations, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical support to the CS/IT team and coordinate with other technical staff when required.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Network Administration, Network Infrastructure, or IT Networking.
• Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, MikroTik (MTCNA/MTCRE), or other relevant networking certifications.
