Network Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for network installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks.

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and identify connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot hardware, network, and internet-related problems.

Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VLANs.

Provide technical support to users for network-related issues.

Perform network maintenance and system updates.

Maintain network documentation and troubleshooting records.

Assist with network security and access control.

Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors when required.

Ensure network availability and minimize downtime.

Follow company IT security policies and procedures.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of Networking concepts and TCP/IP.

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.

Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and handle technical issues.

For Freshers

0–1 year experience in networking/IT support.

B.Tech/B.E. (CSE/IT/ECE), B.Sc. Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.

CCNA certification or basic networking certification is an added advantage.

Candidates with internship or academic networking projects can apply.

For Experienced Candidates

1–3+ years of experience in Network Engineering / IT Support.

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Experience in network monitoring and infrastructure maintenance.

CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. / BCA / B.Sc. / MCA / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
