Job Responsibilities

• Perform the leadership role as Network Services Manager - including all aspects of sites under ownership
• Acts as a technical escalation for any priority incidents
• Guides the team to resolve issues, help bridge between offshore and onsite technical team
• Drive Business projects, LCM for sites in ownership, leverage onsite teams and L2/L3 engineers to execute projects
• Responsible or act as Project/Program lead
• Project progress , SLA , Ops reporting. Attend Monthly, weekly, daily meetings with client/internal stakeholders
• Discuss and seek approvals from customer on financial aspects including budgeting of projects, SLA penalties, invoicing etc. in coordination with central invoicing, reporting, finance and other team members
