What they need
Responsibilities:
Implementing, configurating and troubleshooting with Cisco Product (Routing, Switch, Data-Center, Service Provide, Security or Wireless).
Coordinating with other IT Team to support business operation smoonthly.
Provide technical support to customers by onsite service / remote support.
On-call / Standby to handle issue tickets during assigned shifts after working hours and on holidays.
Qualification:
- 1-3 years experience / 3-5 years experience for senior level.
- Experience in OS window (Active Directory).
- Experience in Cisco Product (Routing, Switch, Data-Center, Service Provide, Security or Wireless).
- Knowledge fo TCP/IP, WAN technologies.
- Certificate in CCNA/CCNP.
- Certificate in Cisco would be advantage.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Hard and Smart Working.
- Service-minded, Self-Creativity & Problem Solving.
- Able to work after working hours.
