Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support for network, server, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Knowledge on virtualization environments, including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Manage Server and Active Directory environments, including user access and system administration.
• Perform installation, upgrades, maintenance, and configuration of IT infrastructure systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, infrastructure, and technical procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Networking.
• Excellent communication skills and customer handling.
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, networking devices, virtualization, and Windows Server.
• Good configurations, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with firewall solutions such as Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Cisco, or similar.
• Experience with networking solutions such as Cisco, Ruijie, Aruba, HPE, or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent will be an advantage.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
