Job Summary

We are looking for an IT / Network Engineer with hands-on experience in network administration, Windows and Linux systems, server management, and network security. The ideal candidate should be capable of troubleshooting network issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing firewalls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and resolve network outages.
• Configure and maintain Cisco switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and other network infrastructure.
• Manage Windows servers, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and backup operations.
• Administer Linux and cloud servers and support related infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, including firewall policies, rules, VPNs, port blocking, and log monitoring.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and cloud server security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
• Support IT tools and services such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and SVN.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure system availability, network reliability, and data security.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux installation, configuration, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, VLANs, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backups.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, firewall rules, port blocking, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of antivirus, endpoint security, and cloud server security.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and SVN.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Candidates based in Pune or willing to work from Baner, Pune.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days.
• Candidates comfortable working in a hands-on IT infrastructure and network support role.
