The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support client networks from the core to the edge. You’ll work on everything from firewall and switching deployments to wireless point-to-point links and the IP networks. This is a client-facing role for someone who takes ownership of a project and sees it through.

What You’ll Do

• Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks for client sites
• Install and manage Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP), including VPNs, security policies, and SD-WAN
• Deploy and align Cambium wireless and point-to-point/point-to-multipoint links
• Configure managed switches, VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and QoS
• Build and segment networks for IP cameras, access control panels, and AV/conferencing systems
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues on-site and remotely
• Perform site surveys and assist the sales team with network designs and bills of materials
• Document network configurations, IP schemes, and as-built drawings
• Provide maintenance and service support under client service agreements
• Train clients on their systems at project handoff

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on network engineering or administration experience
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall policy
• Experience with Fortinet products strongly preferred
• Wireless experience (Cambium, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with IP video and access control networks is a plus
• Ability to read and work from network diagrams and floor plans
• Clear communicator who is comfortable working directly with clients
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, ceilings, and outdoor environments

Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

• Fortinet NSE / FCP
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+
• CCNA or equivalent
• Cambium certification

• Monday to Friday, [8:am-5:00pm]
• Occasional after-hours or weekend work for cutovers and emergency service
