Job Summary

As a Network Engineer, you will support daily network operations, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless network solutions. You will also work with internal teams and vendors to support network security, system performance, and IT infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily network operations to ensure stable and reliable connectivity.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and network controllers.
• Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and system-related issues.
• Support network security activities, including firewall management and infrastructure protection.
• Perform network configuration, testing, maintenance, and hardware replacement when required.
• Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and support MIS projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, IT Infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• CCNA, CCNP, firewall-related certification, or equivalent networking knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN, and network security concepts.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
