Network Engineer (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance to maintain availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Apply network security policies and best practices.
• Work with other teams to support business operations.
• Maintain network architecture and configuration documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with both Cisco and Huawei network equipment is required. Experience with H3C or other vendors is a plus.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching, including TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, and BGP.
• Understanding of firewalls and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work the specified shifts, including public holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
