Network Engineer (contractor)

• Day-to-day network operation for Switch, Routers, LoadBalancer, Firewall, Internet, Leased Line and Incident resolution
• Define and Implement customer’s network related requirements
• Plan and Implement Change
• Network release management
• Data Center Network Design
• Network related project implementation
• Task fulfillment assigned by Operation Manager Qualification and Requirements
• At least bachelor degree/equivalent
• 5+ years working experience in ICT industry, 3+ years’ experience in Large Scale Network Operation;
• Strong knowledge in mainstream network and security product and manufactures such as Cisco, Juniper, CheckPoint, FortiGate, F5, A10, BlueCoat etc.;
• Expert in managing Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balancer, Proxy
• Expert in managing Cisco Nexus Switches (2960, 3760, 2K, 5K, 6K,7K)
• Understand MPLS, Leased Line, BGP
• Experience in Cloud Computing is a plus;
• Strong Knowledge in Data Center Network Design and Operation;
• Familiar with Data Center LAN Cabling;
• Familiar with VMware Virtualization Technology;
• Strong Operational knowledge in managing large scale Network systems with diverse technology and product;
• CCIE is a plus
• Other Network related certification is a plus
• Strong ITIL practice and certification is a plus
• Excellent communication & presentation & negotiation skill
• Strong cost awareness, and good financial handling
• Strong ownership, positive and initiate & proactive
• High level of loyalty
• Strategic and structured thinking
• Motivation, ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English is a MUST
