Network Quality Engineer, Enterprise Network Quality Infrastructure Services role based in Bangalore focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Apple s enterprise network across the EMEIA region. • Operational support of network infrastructure solutions, implementation, and optimisation
• Engage in the future design of next generation network infrastructure to ensure capabilities exceed that of the existing business requirements with a long term vision
• Participate in the design of network remote edge office locations spanning EMEIA ranging from sales offices, to engineering locations. Assessment of business requirements and translating into a functional design to meet or exceed those demands
• Working collaboratively with global engineering teams on innovating solutions
• Provide team updates on new solutions and technologies to ensure that operational support is flawless in any transition. Provide clear, concise documentation of any designs and solutions
• Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with Global Network Architects on network optimisation
• Be able to troubleshoot solutions as part of an escalation from Operational Support teams. Act as a problem or incident manager as appropriate
• Maintain existing regional and global standards, update standards as technology changes, and see that standards are enforced.
