Network Engineer Expert

For our client, we are seeking a Network Engineer Expert to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a key technical owner for cloud access security capabilities, with a strong emphasis on secure access, data protection, and user activity monitoring. You will partner with identity, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to improve deployments, support migration efforts, and strengthen operational reliability. The position also calls for hands-on troubleshooting, documentation discipline, and mentorship that helps the team deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,144 – $201,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the cloud access security platform
• Manage and optimize DLP and user activity monitoring policies
• Enhance integrations with identity providers and security tools
• Create and maintain documentation including SOPs and runbooks
• Support automation for configuration and reporting tasks
• Provide technical leadership on CASB migration efforts
• Monitor and improve deployments and participate in rollouts
• Handle escalations and deliver technical solutions
• Coach and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with CASB solutions
• Deep knowledge of cloud access security broker solutions and Palo Alto SASE/SSE technologies
• Strong communication skills for technical presentations
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Experience in documentation and technical writing
