Job Summary

We are looking for a Firewall Support Engineer with hands-on experience in FortiGate Firewall and Networking to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall.
• Manage firewall policies, ACLs, NAT and security rules.
• Troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and SSL VPN.
• Handle network connectivity and firewall-related issues.
• Work on Routing, Switching, VLANs and TCP/IP.
• Monitor firewall logs and network traffic.
• Support network devices such as routers and switches.
• Assist with firewall upgrades, configuration changes and maintenance.
• Document incidents, configurations and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Firewall/Network Support.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewall is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Routing & Switching.
• Knowledge of VLAN, TCP/IP, NAT, ACL and VPN.
• Basic knowledge of OSPF is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• CCNA / Fortinet certification is an advantage.
