About the Role

TWE Technology Solutions is looking for a Network Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. We provide managed services and networking solutions to a range of enterprise clients, and this role plays a key part in delivering reliable, secure network infrastructure to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with hands-on networking experience to grow in a fast-paced environment while learning from experienced engineers. You'll gain real-world exposure to network deployments and cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure environments, along with structured mentorship, paid training and certification support, and a clear path to grow into roles such as Network Engineer II or Cloud Network Engineer.

This is a fully remote position.

What You'll Do

Network Deployment & Maintenance

Assist in configuring and deploying network hardware in client and lab environments

Participate in regular maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and port configurations

Cloud & Azure Support

-

Support Azure networking setups (training provided) and help maintain cloud connectivity

Monitoring, Support & Documentation

-

Perform basic network monitoring, log analysis, and documentation

-

Provide Tier 1–3 support and escalate more complex issues appropriately

-

Contribute to documentation (diagrams, procedures, SOPs) and learn industry best practices

Mentorship & Development

-

Shadow senior engineers on larger network builds and troubleshooting efforts

-

Take part in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions

What We're Looking For

-

3+ years of experience supporting LAN/WAN or data center networks — required

-

Familiarity with networking hardware (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Aruba) and network troubleshooting

Experience with Azure Networking

-

Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)

-

1–3 years' experience in Level 3 Support in a high-availability environment

-

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

-

Enthusiasm for solving problems and helping customers

-

An understanding of routing protocols or firewalls

Nice to Have

-

Completed certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or equivalent

-

Experience with secure enterprise environments (firewall, endpoint/cloud security monitoring, etc.)

Primary tools used in this role: - Cisco/Arista/Aruba/Microsoft Azure

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

$75,000 – $100,000

Depending on experience

Target Bonus

$7,500 – $10,000 (10% of base)

Quarterly, based on personal and company performance

Total Compensation

$82,500 – $110,000
