Network Engineer (Infra & Voice)

We’re looking for a NOC / Network Operations Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in network, data, or voice operations. You’ll be responsible for 24x7 monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, incident management, and supporting enterprise network services.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor network alarms and events using NMS tools
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident diagnosis
• Triage and escalate network issues to L2 teams
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Create and update incident/change tickets
• Provide incident updates to customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams
• Support shift handovers, reporting, and documentation
• Monitor and support Optical, Ethernet/IP, SD-WAN, Voice, and Colocation services

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, Data, or Voice Operations
• Experience in 24x7 network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of network and voice technologies
• Good incident investigation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on a 24x7 shifting schedule
