Role & responsibilities
- Provide 96 and on-demand L3 support for Severity 1 incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, AAA, RADIUS, and wireless controller issues.
- Analyze network logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Monitor and optimize network and WLAN performance.
- Manage firmware upgrades, software updates, and network device maintenance.
- Implement network security policies, authentication, access controls, and encryption.
- Perform failover testing and recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and TAC for advanced troubleshooting.
- Handle escalations and maintain network configuration documentation.
- Support Aruba ClearPass, RADIUS, and wireless controller management.
- Assist with access point deployment, switch replacement, and hardware installation.
- Train L1 teams and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
- Prepare Wireless LAN availability and security reports.
