Network Engineer (Perm role)

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support network operations, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to resolve network challenges efficiently while staying current with emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills, qualifications, and experience:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent industry-recognized certification
• Experience with cloud networking platforms and hybrid network environments
• Proficiency with network monitoring, management, and diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
• Experience with network automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Familiarity with network design tools and software
• Project management experience or exposure to network infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as software-defined networking (SDN) and network virtualization
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
