About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer – Network Engineering to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the stability, reliability, and availability of production network services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and operational issues.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network engineering and operations.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement network solutions and resolve critical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).

About you

• 4+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience (3 years may be considered for candidates with strong hands-on expertise).
• Expert knowledge of Network Engineering, Routing and Switching, Network Protocols, and Network Troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management), and Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Experience optimizing network performance and resolving complex network issues.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise production network environments (preferred).
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers (preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational support environments (preferred).
