What they need
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, wired, and wireless networks
- Support Server & IT Infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, storage, and cloud systems
- Monitor system performance and perform troubleshooting & incident resolution
- Support patching, firmware updates, security, backup & restore, and disaster recovery
- Participate in Network & IT Infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain technical documentation such as Network Diagrams, Configurations, and SOPs
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related engineering field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome.)
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, and network infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of network security, troubleshooting, and network monitoring
- Good command of English communication skills
