Network Engineer/Monitoring(Mid-Level)

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
• Troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Investigate intermittent network drops, latency, and packet loss issues.
• Perform network device configuration adjustments under approved change procedures.
• Escalate complex or major incidents to Level 2/3 network engineers or vendor support.
• Document issues, root causes, and resolution steps in the ticketing system.
• Monitor network health.
• Identify performance bottlenecks or unusual activity and initiate corrective action.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly network performance reports.
• Conduct proactive checks to ensure uptime and optimal device operation.
• Assist in installing/relocating network devices (switches, access points, routers).
• Ensure cable management follows standards (structured cabling best practices).
• Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
