Network Implement Engineer – Cloud & Data Center (Senior /Junior)

About the role

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting enterprise network solutions across Cloud, Data Center, and customer-site projects. The position is open to both Junior and Senior candidates. The scope and level of ownership will be assigned based on experience and technical capability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, install, test, and optimize enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, VPN, Wireless, and Network Security.
• Implement and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, and load balancers.
• Support Cloud and Data Center network projects, including migration, system integration, upgrade, cutover, and connectivity between on-premises and Cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools, device logs, and packet analysis.
• Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements from customers.
• Prepare project documentation, including Network Diagrams, Configuration Documents, Test Cases, MOP, Rollback Plans, and As-built Documents.
• Coordinate with customers, Project Managers, Presales, vendors, and other technical teams to deliver projects according to scope and timeline.
• Support onsite implementation, after-hours cutover, and project-related travel when required.
• For Senior level: lead technical implementation, review solution designs and configurations, manage technical risks, and mentor Junior Engineers.

Qualifications – Senior Level

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Network Engineering, preferably within an SI or project implementation environment.

• Proven experience delivering network projects from design and configuration through testing, cutover, and handover.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, High Availability, and Network Security.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point.

• Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and technical coordination skills.

• Experience leading implementation activities or mentoring Junior Engineers.

• CCNP, JNCIS, Fortinet Certified Professional/NSE 4+, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications – JuniorLevel

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Support, or Infrastructure Implementation.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, Routing, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Network Security.
• Basic hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, or wireless devices.
• Able to troubleshoot systematically and willing to develop hands-on implementation skills.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
