ポジション概要

日本国内で事業・組織を拡大しているテクノロジー企業にて、インフラ・ネットワーク領域を担当するエンジニアを募集しています。

本ポジションでは、 ネットワーク、物理サーバー、Linux、ストレージ、仮想化、社内ITインフラなど、幅広いインフラ領域 に携わっていただきます。

特定の技術領域だけではなく、インフラ環境の設計・構築から運用、改善まで幅広く経験できるポジションです。

主な業務内容

• LAN/WAN、スイッチ、ルーター、ファイアウォール、VPN等のネットワークインフラの設計・構築・運用
• 物理サーバーおよびオンプレミスインフラの構築・運用
• Linux環境の管理・運用およびシステムの安定稼働支援
• ストレージ・データ基盤の設計・運用
• エンジニア・社内各部門が利用するネットワークおよびITインフラの整備
• スクリプトや自動化によるインフラ運用の効率化・改善
• インフラ環境の要件整理、設計、導入、運用改善
• 社内の各チームと連携したインフラ要件の整理および技術的な課題解決

必須要件

• インフラまたはネットワーク環境の設計・構築・運用経験
• L2/L3ネットワーク、ルーター、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、VPN等の実務経験
• 物理環境またはオンプレミス環境におけるLinuxインフラの運用経験
• スクリプト、自動化ツール等を利用したインフラ運用改善の経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力（JLPT N2相当以上）
• 現在、日本国内に居住している方
• 日本で就労可能な在留資格をお持ちの方、または日本での就労が可能な方

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a growing technology company in Japan that is expanding its internal technology and infrastructure capabilities.

The company is looking for an Infrastructure & Network Engineer to help design, build, and operate a broad range of infrastructure environments.

This is a hands-on position covering areas such as enterprise networking, physical servers, Linux infrastructure, storage, virtualization, and internal IT systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple infrastructure domains rather than being limited to a single technology area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN environments.
• Build and maintain physical and on-premise server infrastructure.
• Manage Linux-based infrastructure and support system availability and performance.
• Design and operate storage and data infrastructure environments.
• Support internal network and IT infrastructure used by engineering and business teams.
• Improve infrastructure reliability through automation, scripting, and operational improvements.
• Participate in infrastructure planning, architecture, implementation, and ongoing operations.
• Work with internal stakeholders and technical teams to identify infrastructure requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Requirements — Must Have

• Professional experience designing, building, and operating network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 networking, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience managing physical or on-premise Linux infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, or operational tooling.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills
• Currently residing in Japan.
• Applicants must have the right to work in Japan or otherwise be eligible to work in Japan.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:

• Large-scale storage or file-storage environments
• High-performance computing or server infrastructure
• Virtualization technologies
• Container platforms
• Infrastructure-as-Code or automation
• Data center infrastructure and physical server environments
• Network monitoring and infrastructure observability
• Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
