You’ll play an important role in keeping customer infrastructure running smoothly, taking responsibility for troubleshooting, maintaining and improving technical environments. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll get involved in infrastructure modernisation, cloud and security projects, allowing you to gain practical experience with new solutions and understand how technologies come together. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers who can share their knowledge and expertise, helping you develop your technical capabilities while gradually taking on more responsibility.

You Will:

• Support and improve customer networking environments, allowing you to develop stronger infrastructure and troubleshooting expertise
• Work with Microsoft technologies, Azure and cloud solutions, giving you valuable exposure beyond traditional networking
• Get involved in infrastructure, cloud and security projects, enabling you to gain hands-on experience with new technologies
• Investigate and resolve technical challenges across different customer environments, helping you become a more confident and adaptable engineer
• Collaborate with experienced technical specialists, giving you the opportunity to learn new approaches and develop your technical knowledge
• Take responsibility for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance and improvements, allowing you to strengthen your understanding of wider IT operations

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on IT experience, with a strong understanding of networking and technical troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Microsoft technologies and Azure, alongside an interest in cloud and infrastructure
• Good knowledge of networking concepts, systems and infrastructure environments
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude and the motivation to continue developing technically

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 – €40,000 (Depending on experience)
