Key Responsibilities:

Aruba Switching Infrastructure Management

• Administration of Aruba CX / Aruba OS-CX Core & Distribution Switches
• Configuration and management of VLANs, Trunking, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QoS
• Static & Dynamic Routing, OSPF/BGP
• VSF/VSX High Availability Architecture
• Switch provisioning, deployment, backup, restoration, and decommissioning
• Firmware/software upgrades and performance monitoring
• L2/L3 troubleshooting

Wireless LAN Infrastructure Management

• Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Mobility Controllers & Aruba Central
• WLANs, SSIDs, RF Profiles, Radio Optimization
• Wireless Security Policies and AP Group Configuration
• Client Authentication Services
• Access Point provisioning, replacement, and relocation
• Troubleshooting wireless connectivity, roaming, and performance issues

Incident, Problem & Change Management

• SLA-based incident and service request handling
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Participation in Major Incident Management
• Network change implementation and maintenance activities
• ITSM documentation and OEM coordination

Security & Compliance

• 802.1X Authentication
• RADIUS/TACACS+
• ACLs, Port Security, NAC
• Aruba ClearPass Integration
• Security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance support
