NETWORK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (DATA ANALYST)

This role oversees data reporting, dashboard development, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives while managing a team of analysts. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a background in the logistics, supply chain, courier, or transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate operational and management dashboards using tools.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic initiatives.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems and databases.

• Design and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Present analytical findings and business insights to senior management.

• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations using predictive and descriptive analytics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 1 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas).

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
