Network Manager (8+ Years)

About the role

As a Network Manager, you will lead end-to-end network service delivery, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure. Drive team excellence, manage operations and escalations, align network solutions with business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and maintain scalable, future-ready network systems that enable seamless connectivity and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams, driving service delivery and owning end-to-end network operations
• Design, implement, and govern complex network architectures, including SDN, data center networking, routing, and switching
• Define standards, ensure scalability, and align network solutions with business and client requirements
• Manage enterprise network and security technologies, including firewalls, load balancing, proxy and email security, and wireless access networks
• Be accountable for security posture, compliance, and risk mitigation while remaining actively involved in technical implementation and issue resolution
• Drive network automation and infrastructure as code to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization using enterprise platforms
• Drive high availability, SLA adherence, and service resilience across network environments
• Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and vendors, providing technical leadership and strategic recommendations
• Manage third-party providers and deliver outcomes in complex environments

About you

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in network engineering and infrastructure management within enterprise or data center environments
• Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams, driving service delivery, and owning end-to-end network operations
• Recognized as a hands-on technical leader, capable of guiding complex troubleshooting and solution design
• Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and governing complex network architectures, including SDN, data center networking, routing, and switching
• Strong hands-on and governance-level experience with enterprise network and security technologies, including firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), load balancing (F5 Networks), proxy and email security (Cisco IronPort), and wireless access networks (Aruba technologies)
• Advanced capability in network automation (scripting, infrastructure as code)
• Demonstrated experience exploring and adopting AI-driven network optimization, predictive analytics, or AIOps
• Extensive experience in proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization using tools such as SolarWinds
• Strong command of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management)
• CCNP or equivalent required; CCIE or advanced certifications (e.g., security, cloud networking) are highly preferred
