Network Manager

About the role

The Network Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day network operations, project execution, service availability, and technical teams within assigned buildings or business areas. The role ensures stable, secure, and scalable network infrastructure while aligning local operational requirements with Global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team assign daily workload and priorities
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Develop technical capability and succession plans
• Plan resources, on-call schedules and knowledge sharing
• LAN, WLAN, WAN, Internet, SD-WAN, firewall, NAC and monitoring
• Drive SLA, availability, MTTR and incident reduction
• Lead deployments, network migrations, Wi-Fi expansion, firewall implementations and OT connectivity projects
• Manage planning, risks, vendors, testing and acceptance
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Facilities, OT, Global Network Team and vendors
• Manage requirements, communications and change coordination
