Sukooon Wellness is looking for a skilled and responsible Network Officer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s IT network infrastructure and ensure smooth connectivity across the organization.

Location: Small D Ground, Faisalabad

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the company’s LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity

Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and network devices

Ensure network security, stability, and reliable connectivity

Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely technical support

Maintain network documentation, configurations, and IT asset records

Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity and technical issues

Support CCTV, IP phones, printers, and other network-connected devices

Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity interruptions

Assist in implementing network security policies and backup procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field

Relevant experience in network administration or IT support

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networking

Practical experience with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting

Knowledge of firewalls and network security

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and support multiple departments

Preferred Skills

Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or similar networking equipment

Relevant certifications such as CCNA or MikroTik certification

Experience supporting networks in an office or manufacturing environment
