Network Operation Engineer I - Pampanga

This position will support the following which includes but not limited to:

• Network integration, enhancement, migration, augmentation, expansion and other network related activities.

• Resolve all onsite troubleshooting and escalated network outages and equipment performance issues.

• Conduct onsite service acceptance process and inspection on the following components below;

1. Network Elements (DWDM, Internet Core, Aggregate, BRAS, OLT, FTTB, GFAST, NPE, Access Switch, OOB) 2. Fiber Optic Cable (Submarine Cable, Backbone, Metro DWDM, MPLS, Access Network)

2. Node Facilities (CO, ACPM, RMS) - Onsite audit and inventory to align with internal audit and inventory management.

• Onsite assessment to support service improvement to ensure deployment of quality standards on our services, equipment and facilities.- Monitor PMS and maintain tidiness on Nodes/COs.

• Support various projects from NetAdmin and other network operation's team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, ECE, EE, or a related field of study with a network and facility engineering focus.

• Relevant experience in network or facility operations andmanagement.

• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.

• Project management on network or electro-mechanicaldesign.

• Knowledgeable in electro-mech systems.- Design, analyze, and troubleshoot complex networkequipment and electrical systems.- Knowledge in operating various testers.

• Network and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of network and support facilities equipmentdimensioning, electrical and building codes.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable and flexible when necessary.

• Able to drive manual vehicle (four wheels) with valid driver's license.
