Network Operations Engineer (CIS NOC)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage enterprise network devices, links, and services using approved tools.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents promptly, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Perform routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with vendors/service providers for RCA and resolution.
• Maintain and update ITSM records (ServiceNow/Remedy), SOPs, and runbooks.
• Ensure network uptime, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 26 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
