Network Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will support and maintain the Firm’s LAN and WAN infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient network operations while contributing to day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will be your impact?

• Support and maintain the Firm’s global network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and support Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity across enterprise environments.
• Monitor network performance, hardware, and compliance with information security standards.
• Maintain network documentation and support wireless, remote access, firewall, and cloud-connected technologies.
• Collaborate with global teams on day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and network improvement initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• 2-4 years of experience in Network Operations or a similar networking role.
• Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent enterprise networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, routing and switching, including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with Cisco technologies; exposure to Aruba, Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, and Zscaler is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of enterprise wireless networks, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network security solutions.
• Familiarity with network automation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring across LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-connected environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
