Network Operations Engineer II

About the role

As a Network Operations Engineer II at ComClark Network & Technology Corp., you will ensure high-availability and seamless delivery of multi-platform video content by overseeing the end-to-end technical lifecycle of the network. This includes the proactive maintenance, integration, and optimization of Internet Protocol Television, Direct-to-Home, and Subscriber ID Control systems. This is a full-time position based in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our network systems to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Directs the end-to-end operational lifecycle of Internet Protocol Television, Direct-to-Home, and Subscriber ID Control platforms, ensuring peak network performance, seamless signal distribution, and the continuous integrity of subscriber access systems.
• Collaborates with peer engineers to synchronize maintenance workflows, cross-train on Internet Protocol Television, Direct-to-Home, and Subscriber ID Control platforms, and coordinate high-stakes emergency responses to ensure 24/7 service continuity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience the telecommunications industry and/or related work experience is desirable. With professional driver's license and can drive manual 4 wheels vehicles.
• Possesses a comprehensive technical and business understanding of end-to-end video delivery, focusing on bandwidth optimization for Direct-to-Home, high-availability networking for Internet Protocol Television, and revenue assurance through secure Subscriber ID Control conditional access management.
