Qualification:

• Network Operations Management: The personnel shall have at least 5 years of experience in network engineering and experience in performing the above-mentioned requirements for an organization with at least 1,000 users. The personnel shall hold a professional-level certification such as CCNP or CCIE.
• Service & Vendor Governance: The personnel shall have at least 5 years of experience in IT/Network Service Management and at least 2 years of experience in SLA/vendor contract governance and management in accordance with the above-mentioned requirements. Knowledge of or training in ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, or ITIL will be considered an advantage.
• Network Resilience & Architecture: The personnel shall have at least 5 years of experience in network architecture and Data Center/Disaster Recovery (DC/DR).
• Age: The personnel shall be no more than 40 years old.
• Datacenter: The personnel shall have experience in Datacenter operations and possess knowledge and understanding of Datacenter components, Tier levels, and relevant Datacenter standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Network or any field
• Good English

Service & Vendor Governance

• SLA & Service Governance: Work closely with the Company team or other service providers to oversee and control all network services, including Internet, WAN, WiFi, SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, VPN, FW, DC, DR, VoIP, and SBC, ensuring that the services comply with Company standards and the defined SLAs.
• Service Performance Review: Monitor and oversee the daily Tasks/Events performed by Company or other service providers to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with the requirements. For outstanding or incomplete tasks, identify the issues and additional resources required, develop corrective actions, follow up on progress, and report the status to Company.
• Contract & Obligation Management: Ensure that Company or other service providers comply with their contractual obligations. Review service Deliverables and ensure compliance in terms of quality, security, cost-effectiveness, and Service Credits/Penalties as specified in the service contracts.
• Governance Report: Prepare reports summarizing network service performance and service levels for Company on a bi-weekly basis, along with a monthly overall performance summary report.
• Continual Service Improvement: Analyze network incidents and trends to identify root causes and improve Company operational processes and service management practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of incident handling.

Network Resilience & Architecture

• DC/DR & Business Continuity: Participate in overseeing business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including situations requiring the activation of Disaster Recovery (DR). Work with relevant stakeholders to test and ensure the readiness of Data Center and Disaster Recovery (DR) systems, including DR Drills and network service recovery.
• Network & UC Architecture Review: Review and provide recommendations on network architecture and Unified Communications (UC), including VoIP and SBC, to enhance performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Technology Roadmap: Evaluate and provide recommendations on the adoption of modern network technologies, including SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, and Network Automation, in accordance with Gartner guidelines and industry best practices, to support Company strategic plans.
• Standard & Compliance: Monitor and ensure that network operations comply with relevant standards and regulations, including ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, NIST, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019). Coordinate and address Audit Findings from both Internal Audits and External Audits.
