Network Planning Manager

Location: Thailand | Full-time

Role Overview

Responsible for service network planning, outlet layout and network capacity management in Thailand, with initial involvement in network development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop the Thailand service network plan and annual network development targets; establish network layout planning and dynamic adjustment mechanisms.
2. Evaluate regional service capacity and outlet coverage based on sales targets, vehicle parc, urban population, vehicle ownership and service capability.
3. Conduct outlet planning calculations, site selection assessments and network optimization; drive alignment between network structure and sales layout.
4. Establish a network ledger and outlet files; continuously track outlet construction, opening and operation status.
5. Participate in network development and negotiations with key outlets in the early stage; coordinate dealer admission, contracts and related matters.
6. Regularly deliver network planning analysis to support business decisions and resource allocation for the subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Automotive, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive dealer network planning, channel management or network development; experience in overseas automotive network construction is preferred.
• Familiar with the planning and operational logic of automotive 4S dealerships/service outlets.
• Capable of market capacity analysis, site selection and network layout.
• Good English communication skills.
