Network Project Manager

About the role

Full-cycle management of company integration projects, including developing project plans, defining scope, timeframes, and resource requirements, tracking progress and reporting regularly, and ensuring completion of key tasks such as project construction, acceptance, handover, settlement, and collection in accordance with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, define scope, timeframes, and resource requirements; track progress and report regularly
• Ensure completion of project construction, acceptance, handover, settlement, and collection in accordance with contract requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders such as clients and government authorities during project implementation
• Manage construction units, suppliers, and other partners to ensure quality, progress, and cost of project implementation
• Manage customer demand changes and provide regular project progress feedback
• Communicate with product, solution, R&D, and technical departments to ensure project resource allocation and technical support
• Organize and participate in project coordination meetings, milestone reviews, and project summary meetings
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
• Supervise project outcome quality and adhere to industry standards and company processes
• Organize project technical documents, operation manuals, and acceptance materials; provide system usage training to clients or internal teams

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, project management, or related fields
• At least 3 years of project management experience in security, low-voltage, telecommunications, or intelligent projects
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as PMP or Scrum
• Familiar with network architecture, video coding, storage technology, and common hardware devices
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills with strong team leadership
• Proficient in English
• Clear logical thinking with ability to solve complex problems efficiently
• Strong stress resistance
• Attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills
