Network Security & Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Security & Automation Engineer to join our growing technical team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in network security, infrastructure monitoring and automation, with the ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Cisco firewalls and network security infrastructure.
• Work with SolarWinds for network monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Use AlgoSec for firewall policy management, security analysis and compliance.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate network operations and routine tasks.
• Support DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (IPAM) services.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Follow ITIL-aligned processes for incident, change and problem management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain secure, reliable network operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco firewalls .
• Working knowledge of SolarWinds .
• Practical experience with AlgoSec .
• Strong Python scripting skills for network automation.
• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP and IPAM .
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Desirable

• CCNP Security, ITIL Foundation or equivalent certifications.
• Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise environments.
• Experience developing network automation solutions.
