- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Netskope administration and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope DLP, CASB, SWG, and ZTNA.
- Strong experience in policy creation, configuration, management, troubleshooting, and tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Netskope Client and traffic steering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to network, web traffic, authentication, and security policies.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, proxy, routing, and firewall concepts.
- Experience analyzing Netskope logs, alerts, and security events.
- Good understanding of cloud/SaaS applications and security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
