Roles and Responsibilities

Network Operations & Infrastructure Management Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain global enterprise network infrastructure. Ensure availability, performance, resilience, capacity, and security across production, staging, DR, and corporate environments. Perform operational maintenance, upgrades, patching, configuration management, and documentation updates. Firewall & Security Administration Administer Cisco FTD and ASA firewall platforms. Implement firewall policy and rule changes through approved change processes. Troubleshoot security, segmentation, compliance, and connectivity-related issues. Routing, Switching & Network Services Administer Cisco Catalyst 3850 and 9300 switching platforms. Configure and support Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, BGP, multicast routing, and high-availability network solutions. Support and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching environments. AWS Networking & Cloud Connectivity Manage highly available connectivity between on-premises environments and AWS. Maintain AWS Direct Connect and associated BGP routing configurations. Troubleshoot hybrid cloud connectivity and performance issues involving AWS-hosted services. Cato Networks (SD-WAN / SASE) Administer Irdeto’s Cato Networks environment for office connectivity, remote access, VPN, and AWS network connectivity. Configure segmentation, security policies, access controls, routing, and traffic optimization within Cato. Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and security issues across the Cato SD-WAN/SASE environment. Incident, Problem & Change Management Respond to incidents, service requests, emergency support, and major incident recovery activities. Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to problem management. Execute and document network changes through established change control procedures. ________________________________________ Required Skills The contractor should bring senior-level hands-on experience in Cisco networking and firewalls, BGP, VLANs, Layer 2/3 networking, AWS Direct Connect, hybrid cloud connectivity, Cato Networks, SD-WAN/SASE, VPN services, network troubleshooting, documentation, and ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management. ________________________________________ Preferred Experience Customer-facing environments Multi-site WAN environments AWS-based production platforms Participation in on-call rotations

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, firewall administration, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN/SASE platforms, and ITIL-based operational processes. This role is responsible for ensuring network availability, security, performance, and resilience across production, disaster recovery, and corporate environments.
