Network Security Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Assist in configuring and maintaining firewalls, proxies, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security appliances. • Support network monitoring and analysis to detect anomalies and potential threats. • Help investigate and resolve security incidents under guidance from senior engineers. • Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity and security issues. • Maintain accurate documentation of network security configurations, policies, and procedures. • Assist in audits and ensure adherence to organizational security standards. • Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. • Stay updated on emerging security technologies and best practices.
